美國Roche NimbleGen ? ?
2007年羅氏診斷總裁Severin Schwan表示，NimbleGen的芯片技術能補充羅氏現有的基因組研究隊伍，此次收購是羅氏在基因組研究市場上打下基礎重要策略之一。此次收購計劃將NimbleGen納入羅氏應用科學部。
